Highly recommend!! They really helped me out literally the evening before hurricane Idalia! They drove to another store of theirs in another town to make sure that I had a generator! I did need it because I lost electricity and this generator purchased from their store allowed my family to save our food and have fans and charge our phones! I am eternally grateful!!!!

My experience was great, start to finish. The sales lady had a great personality and answered all my questions. I received my merchandise when promise. I purchased a bed for my grandson. He loves it and so do I.

The whole shopping at Farmers for furniture from Patti the sale person were very helpful non-pressure to buy-but the prices and quality of my purchases satisfied me...the delivery person Lance and associate called to verify everything and great delivery time were on point set up they way I requested very professional guys. I'm very satisfied THANK YOU for good service.

This place is horrible they delivered a bedroom set to us and set it up and as soon as my wife sat on it the whole bed came down. When we called then to advise them on what took place we were yelled at and hung up on.I would not advise anybody to do business with them at all, this place is a rip off and the furniture is not worth the prices we paid 3,000 to be cussed out disrespected and hung up on!!!

We had a great experience.We came in and were greeted promptly.Misty took care of everything.I explained my concern with a lawn mower and she give me different options.We for the Lawn Mower for a great deal.She truly made the experience easy and hassle free.This is the only furniture place I will shop at.Thank you Misty.

This are a great store. They have a good variety and are easy to work with. They offered me easy finance terms. Although I didn't buy this time, I will need a couch soon. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely the worst service experience imaginable. I have been going back and forth with this store for months to get our fully paid for furniture repaired per the warranty that they sold us less the 6 months ago. I have made myself available for 3 separate appointments for the repair, one with the store manager, one with the actual repair technician, and now one with a 3rd party company that they claim to not be familiar with. More than a handful of times attempting to contact the store for updates the store manager is not available and was not able to be assisted by any other employee. All I can say is don’t expect good quality furniture and if you purchase with this company don’t expect any customer service after as they prioritize sales over customer satisfaction.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed a call inquiring about furniture to furnish an entire new home. I'm out of state and need to purchase all of my home furniture or the most important furnishings by the time I have completed a travel assignment and get back to my home town of Valdosta. In saying this, I was willing to pay from my checking account, credit card, debit card or have money wired to them from my bank which is less than 3 miles from this store. This is so the items could be paid for, ordered, and be ready for delivery upon my return. They told me that this was illegal which it isn't. I asked what can I do to get this taken care of? Kristy, the "credit manager" stated "we are just not going to do it this way. You'll have to go to another store." Then she hung the phone up on me. Unbelievable. This is absolutely unprofessional and rude. I am awaiting a return call from corporate to report this behavior. Whether this type of transaction can be done or not, customers should never be treated like this. I do not recommend this store to any friends or family and I will spread the word.
