Excellent customer service! Annissa is incredible knowledgeable with her polices and what they entail, I have a life insurance policy and she insured I was getting the best policy that I was allowed, exploring the best options. I know if I have a question I can call her, as she gives out her cell phone number to her customers. You can't go wrong with Annissa and her agency for all your insurance needs.

Annissa Fragoso and her staff are wonderful!  I've been working with Annissa for over 5 years and it's great to have all my insurance in one place and with someone who knows the insurance business. Annissa is Awesome she is always willing  to take my calls even after hour if I have a question. I started with just car insurance but for several years now have home owners with her also.  I always give her name when people ask who I have insurance with.  She is the best!!!

I purchased some property in Merced and was in need of an insurance agent in the area. I found Annisa and was delighted with her service. She went above and beyond to help someone she had never met before. Without her help the closing would have been delayed and may have fallen out of contract. I would highly recommend her to anyone. In fact, I have recommended her to some of my friends and family.

I love that Annissa always goes above and beyond for her clients. I recommend her time and time again and I never hear anything but great things from everyone I recommend her too!
