I graduated from the University of Redlands in 1993 with a BS in Business. I pursued the construction industry working from a laborer to owning James Merrill's Construction Company. I lived off referrals and, unfortunately, did not position myself with economic fallouts. After losing everything, I returned to school attending the University of Phoenix, and achieving my Masters in Business Administration. I was lucky enough to acquire work in the family business, but after four years, I left and began working with Farmers Insurance, choosing Farmers over other companies knowing they are the best company to work for and be protected by.
