I have never dealt with an insurance agency as poor as this. I was a customer for over 15 years, and this agency emailed me saying they could not renew my policy based on a fictitious photo of my residence that was over a year old. I immediately  sent photos the next day proving they were incorrect. And they still haven’t gotten back to me. I sent countless emails and attempted to contact the branch via telephone numerous times but was never contacted back. I’ve never had such trouble reaching an agent . Some of the most unprofessional business I’ve ever seen. But literally as soon as I removed their coverage they mailed me the cancellation notice. They purposely ignored me and forced me to drop them. I highly don’t recommend using this branch . They will leave you hanging out to dry

Eliam and his team are very professional I loved the way of working, they are very polite and are always willing to help. Best costumer service I highly recommended

Eliam Marrero is the most professional person I've ever met. He does everything for you, with legitimate knowledge and experience so you can rest your head on your pillow without worries. The best.

This is the real deal, profesional insurance services, Eliam and his crew will take care of you. Stay away from the cheap companies, this is the place, i learned the hard way.  Magnífico servicio en este lugar, Eliam y su gente te ván a ayudar.

Excellent Insurance Company. If you are looking for insurance on  your home or car, this is the place. Eliam takes the time to explain the clients the quotes and the reasons why. I would recommend Eliam Marrero and his company.

Professional but not everyone in that office knows what they're doing. I had to call the corporate number ao they could help me instead.

Great service, very professional! Excellent person and friend! We totally recommend him!
