Miss leading on boat policy. I’ve called numerous times to rectify the situation and now for eight months still no phone call. They sold me a boat policy along with home, auto and motorcycle insurance. When I received the paperwork in the mail, the boat policy was for half the coverage they told me. I called to let them know the policy coverage was incorrect. They told me they would fix it and then they wanted to raise the price by $250. I let them know that Mr. Salazar told me that he could match what I had at boat safe which was $54,000 in coverage for $480. I then told them that I would just go back to boat safe for my boat insurance. I had the coverage 18 days and they refunded all but $100. I questioned why they kept $100 and they told me that it was a cancellation fee, I told them that it was not my mistake. It was theirs. I told them that I’m willing to pay for the 18 days of coverage which amounts to about $20 and that they still owe me $80. Every time I call I have to explain the situation again and they always say they will let Mr. Neil Hayes know, and he will get back with me, I haven’t heard from him. It was their mistake not mine. I should not be charged the cancellation fee. I was misled by agent Salazar, the Neil Hayes agency, and Farmers Insurance. The $80 will not make me or break me. I’m fighting this on principle. Keep in mind this is just my experience with the Neal Hayes agency, I’m sure most Famers insurance agents are reputable and honest. I will continue to fight for the money. If they decide to do the right thing, I will update this review.  full disclosure, I continue to have my home and auto insurance through Farmers Kevin N.

My claim was handled in a very timely manner and I was updated from my claims adjuster through all phases. Would definitely recommend for insurance needs.

I have dealt with a lot of different insurance companies and have never received such level of care and support as I have with this agent and team. I have been with this office for almost 2 years now. Erik Martinez helped me with recent life changes and was so helpful and knowledgeable with making the correct selections to customize our policy based on our needs. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of great coverage and reliable help!

Purchases phone numbers for marketing. Kept texting me and wasn't even the right person connected to my phone number. Anyone that sends marketing messages without consent is not a reputable business.

Easily got insurance coverage over the phone! Much appreciated!!
