Farmers Merchant Bank

If employees aren’t staying until 5pm, which the business hours state, how can someone open up an account?

Wasn't there for banking. My friend had a car accident on the street in front of the building and they had their dog in the car with them. The bank manager came out and was very nice and helpful. Let the dog come inside. --my point is there are decent human beings who work here. I can only imagine what their customer service is like with their actual bank products.

I am having a great experience with owingsmills Branch. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Mr Gene Bosley is a great person there. I really enjoy dealing with him. President Mr. Jim Bosley is also an other great personality there. I think they have a great team at this Institue. I do highly recommend this bank for commercial and non commercial needs.
