Nasty trash and junk everywhere I don't know if the apartments are as bad on the inside but the outside is awful..

Not at all helpful in renting a place by helping the homeless. They came up with MULTIPLE EXCUSES why they couldn't rent me a place. And their friends at crosswinds worked against me with them. They left me homeless and I had the money to pay for an apartment

I'm disturbed that management has allowed a resident to tie up a poor young dog to a ridiculously short leash under the stairs and to leave him outside all day without protection from the elements and with without proper socialization for at least two months. I've tried contacting them personally, but the current number is disconnected?!

Just cheap government assistance apartments.
