Waited for a while, even asked another associate to call someone to electronics. Employee went to help someone else in the SAME aisle as me, saw me and just walked away. I asked employee at register if there was someone that could quickly open a case for me. She said she had a long line and I told her what the other employee just did. She proceeds to look at me, look away and just shrug her shoulders. So out of the whole store they were the only two with a key to open the case? I highly doubt it. Horrible employees and customer service.
This is the location I tend to shop the most but it's not the best or the worst in this area. Most of the staff is nice but there are a few I have ran into that are absolutely careless. The store is fairly clean. If I don't get a chance to grocery shop as soon as they're stocked for the weekend then I am out of luck because they're shelves are missing so much. Also, the produce is no good here. The parking lot is so rough you will loose half your groceries trying to get to the car because the cart is bouncing all over the place.
We usually never have a problem going to this location. For us personally they always have pretty much what we need. I miss them being open 24/7. I'm a late shopper so that was nice when they still were open so late.
It's been weeks since I could use my Walmart+ for delivery and it finally came back. Put in an order that included spools of thread that I'd seen in the store the day before. You can't tell me there was a run on spools of thread and they ran out in one day, especially white thread. There was one somewhere they could have swapped it out for if the brand name wasn't there but they didn't. Tried to call the store to see if I could get it corrected but no one picks up. This is also about the fifth time I've had a problem and tried to contact the store and get nothing. No one answers the phone. Also only had about ten minutes before it was out for delivery so there was no time to get in touch and see if I could get it corrected. This isn't including the many issues I've had with out of stock problems and produce quality. I'm just going to start shopping at another store, I highly do not recommend this one.
My family and I went to this Tonawanda Walmart for our Christmas shopping and had an experience no customer should ever deal with: the refusal of an employee to do their appointed duties. The employee named Danielle working the "Self Checkout" area, refused to assist in our checkout process stating "there is an open machine right there, you can do it yourself" after being asked for checkout help. Her attitude, and the treatment she gave my family and I assured we will not return to this location for extreme lack of professionalism. I personally spoke with the Walmart location Manager named Mike, whom told us he would "make sure this situation is handled". Whatever that means.
If they are going to check receipts and make sure you pay at the register they should also walk around to see who is stealing and not i have seen them and i have reported them and they allowed it asking people that are already paying whether or not they're paying as if I don't see them or they don't see me makes no sense; funny enough it's always "karens" I wonder if she would have asked me if I was white.... other than that I always come out with a few things. Great prices!!!!
I drive to this location instead of the one closer to home because it’s cleaner and better organized. Staff is usually very helpful and friendly.
Just upset that this specific walmart hasn't had things in stock for weeks...their produce section too...their tomato and red onion selection is subpar...
Literally waited 15 minutes to get into a cabinet, went and found an employee who said she would have them page someone and then proceeded to not do that. Waited another 7 minutes and left. Could’ve doubled my total at the register by not having the laziest most overweight staff imaginable but no dice. Greeters also just give you a weird look and don’t actually greet you as their name implies. Glad y’all make $17 an hour but can’t do anything but stand there with their heads in their phones talking to each other. Thanks for being lowlife thieves everyone and forcing stores to lock up EVERYTHING to the point I can’t even buy essentials.
The store is always dirty and smells like sewage. The self-checkout cashiers are rude and act like high-schoolgirls. I only use this location because of its convenience
