Our sales associate, Kayo, was so patient with us in our decision making process with fabrics. He gave wonderful suggestions and helped us through every step of the way. The furniture was delivered ahead of schedule and the delivery staff was very friendly and efficient. Upon examining my chair, it had several fabric strings hanging but I simply removed them. Hopefully they were just extra and nothing to do with the seams. The furniture was better than I had remembered, I love my new living room set!
Great salesman. We were with him for about three hours. He was very patient and educational on furniture and obviously knew his stuff I would send people to see him anytime. The delivery guys were great very accommodating, friendly, smiling the whole time even though they’re doing a tough job they still seem to laugh and joke and have a good time while doing their job the way they’re supposed to do, you should be proud to have guys like them. Great furniture we’ll see how it lasts.
Had a wonderful experience with Brian! We were picking furniture out for a friend who was relocating from her home to assisted living and he was very patient and knowledgeable on styles and colors. Used him on two occasions and he did not disappoint… Fashion furniture is lucky to have him!!
We just purchased a Stressless sofa from Fashion Furniture. Kevin Dyke was exceptionally knowledgeable about their product and extremely personable. We discussed future purchases such as a new mattress and he provided so much information regarding pros & cons. Fashion Furniture has high quality merchandise and a large inventory, but what made our experience 5-star was our sales representative, Lynn. She is nothing like the overly aggressive salespeople you typically associate with furniture stores… she was helpful, kind, informative, and respectful. She let us have time to walk around the showroom without feeling any pressure to commit and was ready to answer any and all questions we had. She is also very honest, which I appreciate as someone spending a lot of money. Thank you, Lynn, for making our first time at FF a great one… we’ll be back!
We are extremely happy with our purchase. Our salesman Brian was so pleasant and easy to work with. The delivery men could not have been nicer too. Fashion Furniture is always the place we go to first because of their quality and reasonable prices and great employees and service.
I just purchased my first home. I went to Fashion Furniture because Kathy Flores was highly referred to me. I was able to completely furnish my home in one visit! Kathy’s experience made the process very pleasant, personal, and fun! I was also impressed with the layout of the store. The store is super nice and even the accounting staff is great! I will recommend Kathy and Fashion Furniture to anyone that would like to have a service of excellence.
I was able to figure out the best options for a sofa. Fashion Furniture offers warranties and delivery, which was important for an investment in something we need to last a long time. Lisandro Mendoza was knowledgeable about the designer, and made the process go swiftly and easily.
Fashion Furniture has a great variety of furniture to choose from. We came in looking for a sectional sofa. It took several visits with measuring and checking out fabrics to make sure we made the best choice. We worked with Kathy and she was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She is very detailed which helped in this big decision and really listened to what we were looking for. Excited about our new sectional! Thanks Fashion furniture!
