I'm going on a trip to new York and was going to see if they had any cute clothes I found an awesome jacket and shirt and cami. The employee was very nice but who I'm assuming is the owner was rude! She watched me like I was a fugitive trying to steal anything in site just stared with her arms crossed! Then when I asked if they hold jackets because it was the last one she rudely said no then started taking the clothing from my hands. I just walked out. I was heated then I called to confront her. The nice employee answered then gave the manager same angry woman the phone and confronted it about her I had a calm voice and she began to raise her voice and say I don't know you. And who are you. I explained about the jacket then she went on a rant to which I couldn't understand. Then I had had enough I just hung up because she kept saying she didn't know me. I'm writing this right outside the store...I was in there maybe only 10 min ago....I described exactly what I picked up...but she couldn't remember me? I guess there's a reason I never see anyone in this store. Oh and for the bigger ladies like me if it says your size go one up because yeah sizing is so wrong lol
