0 stars for the state of the theatre. 5 stars for the customer service. These poor employees struggling hard through the day need some serious compensation for not walking right out of here. We went on a Tuesday afternoon so it was slow. We had theater 2 to ourselves. Boy oh boy I thought we walked into a declining 3rd world country. Words don't quite do it justice. The musty moldy smell is definitely there. The black border around the screen was torn, revealing some bare wood. Seats felt dingy and layered in filth. Was scared to put my hands anywhere other than my lap. It was the first time in my life I thought I may actually stepped directly into a horror movie rather than coming to view it. Haven't been to this theatre in over 10 years. Truly a sad thing to see. I hope it bounces back but movies are trash now and local competition is far cleaner. Probably won't be back. As for the employees, Godspeed.
The seating is a little old fashion and not very comfortable. However the prices are good and the staff is very friendly the theater is clean and inviting.
Theater 10 is disgusting. The seats are filthy. It smells of mold and very musty. There is mold and dirt in cup holders. I will not be back. I will say the customer service is excellent and that every employee is very kind. It's too bad they have to work in such an environment.
Take a trip back to the 1980's! A wholly unimproved theater with general seating throughout. It works perfectly fine. Concessions were good and the theater, general areas, and bathrooms clean and maintained. All good.
Outdated, not clean, and the AC was broken on an 85 degree day. Prices seem to be higher than the newer theater down the road. Staff was nice-ish seemed to not care much about their job. The only way I’d go back is if it was the only place showing something I’d need to see in a theater.
The screen had a tiny spot on it that could be seen the whole movie, didnt ruin the movie but the whole place needs maintenance. Upkeep really, it seems run down. Other than that it was fine.
If I could give zero stars I would have done so. Sticky floors, theater room smelled, dirty seats, expensive popcorn for what tasted like it was a day old and no seasoning to help the taste. Walked in to have some young childish boys do nothing but stare and not do their jobs. I’m very sorry I spent my money here and will not be returning. Definitely try out the theater in owosso or ncg in grand Blanc. You’ll never look back to this one.
The movie, the popcorn and the customer service was excellent. The theaters was clean but in need of new roof, flooring, and in need of some restoration.
It's older, and the seats are not as nice as some other options in the area. It's still a nice place to go, though. Very clean and the staff is super friendly.
Very dated uncomfortable seating. The staff was friendly though and a quiet theater.
