Finally we have an incredible local jeweler here at the Tyler Mall in Riversidewho you can trust to work on your most precious jewelry. My wedding rings had taken a beating in my garden and were missing diamonds. I consulted with Sam. at Fast-Fix and he assured me that he could reinforce, repair and replace the diamonds for a reasonable price. The normal turn a round time was 3 days. 1day after they began the repairs the ring was ready for pick-up and Sam’s work was outstanding. My ring looks better than ever! Thank You Fast-Fix
I visited Fast-Fix, Riverside-Tyler Mall on May 10, 2023. I had 2 repairs 1 a 22k gold chain with a break hanging on by a thread. 2 a white gold necklace with heart pendant needed to be swapped out by a platinum necklace. I was quoted ridiculous price of $69.95 for each repair. Reasons told were 1 repair is pricey because it is 22k gold and its hard to repair. 2 the swap is expensive because we have to use the laser machine to be precise and it is very costly to run that equipment. I started feeling extremely uncomfortable with all the whispering and hand motions. My gut feeling told me "walk away this is a SCAMMM." I am so glad I listened, because after almost missing getting FASTLY robbed by FAST-FIX, I decided to stop by the other repair shop a few doors down from Zales Jewelry shop, Its called "Time To Repair." I had the repair done on the 22k gold necklace by a truly honest man named "Bill" with a well oiled working moral compass. He charged me $40 for the repair and swapped out the necklace right then and there for FREEE. I am not writing this review because of the FREE repair, but rather of the morals, values, honesty, great customer service, and finished repaired product I received. If anyone needs any repair done PLEASE go to "Time To Repair." Stay clear of these scam artists running an organized scamming operation. LESSON LEARNED!
I am new to Riverside and I needed a battery replacement for my watch. In and out in under 15 minutes. I received excellent service and I also purchased their recommended 5 Year Warranty. They also have a beautiful selection of 14k gold jewelry and silver of that is a better economical fit for your income. I will definitely be returning soon.
