I was very impressed with the quality of service I received today. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and I was able to get the battery to my watch replaced within 5 minutes. Very professional and will definitely be returning to replace the batteries on my other watches.
It’s hard to find a good and honest jeweler these days. I can honestly say that I found one! Fast-Fix is the only jeweler I’ll go to for any repairs ever again. You can’t buy honesty. These guys, and girls, are absolutely stand up people. Thank you for everything!
I had a stone in a pendant replaced and they cleaned up the pendant really nicely. Also did it all at a great price. I'll be back to get other jewelry cleaned and maintained.

I had a diamond chain that for some reason started to tarnish , I took it to two different stores trying to figure out why this was happening, the first place suggested that I dip it in gold at the cost of $200 I felt like I shouldn’t have to dip a gold chain in more gold to fix it so I went to them. He gave me a full explanation as to why it was happening more then likely it was from the chemicals in my hair, being that I have long hair & told me that he had a solution that could fix it for $25 chain looks like new … great place, honest business practices.. I will forever be a lifetime customer
I got proposed to this morning- the ring didn’t fit- we dropped it off here at 11am and picked up at 1pm and it’s absolutely perfect! Katrina was SUCH an angel. They really saved the day!
If you’re looking for a jewelry store I recommend this place. I had initial went in just for a new battery for watch. After looking at their jewelry I ended up ordering some earrings. The earrings just came in and loved them. I’ll definitely be going back and telling my friends about this place. Their customer service was great and very professional.
New owners of this jewelry repair store are great! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, fairly priced, and prompt. And do good work! Couldn’t be more pleased!
