Went on opening day, and it was packed, of course. However, the food came quickly and was hot and mostly yummy! The custard was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like is the chili on our chili fries tasted like it came from a can. And for the price I expected a little bit better tasting food. My kids didn’t like the skinny fries. The female manager there went above and beyond! Overall, my family was pleased with our experience.
Our first time eating here, the food was yummy the drive thru was busy, as well as the inside, However, the staff took care of everyone in a timely manner and they are very friendly. Today was the second time we've been. The first time, we used the drive thru and everything came out just as we ordered and their staff were very friendly. Even though there was a long wait, it was understandable as it was only their second week open. Today we went into the dining room, and everything was wonderful. The staff inside were super friendly. Everything was nice and clean. Our food was how we ordered and it was delicious. It was a little cold in the dining area, but that's alright, we lived.

Was really impressed with my first visit to Freddy's. Went during lunch, the drive-thru was long and inside had a long line, but it was still very quick. I tried the Jalapenos steak burger, and some custard with Butter Fingers and I will say, it was one of the best fast food burgers I have had before. Highly recommend!
I reported this locally but I'll suggest that folks watch the fries. I might as well been eating a salt lick at the end. My tongue was burning. I looked at the bin from the counter and the bottom was loaded with salt. I normally come off hours so this had to be from the lunch rush. Wipe down those bins guys.
Food at this visit was not quite worth the price. We ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a double burger meal. The chicken sandwich was not worth $8 because it was just chicken and pickles on a roll with nothing else. The burger was flavorless and the patties were very thin so the double was the equivalent of a standard single patty. The lettuce and tomato seemed fresh. The fries were thin cut and while they were fried well with a nice crisp texture, they still had some body. The fry sauce was very weak to Texan spice standards - The jalapeno fry sauce included in the bag was not any more spicy than the standard Whataburger ketchup. We upgraded the drinks to shakes and had a choice of small or large. We chose the small. It was a $2 upgrade that produced a very tiny 9-10oz shake. The flavor was excellent, but not worth $2 for as small as it was. Overall, I feel like the possible quality could be improved given that it's a brand new restaurant, so I will give them another shot in the future, but as of right now, I don't feel that the quality of the food was worth the cost.
We went in to eat. Nothing to impressive. I had a hot dog. The bun was toasted and a very average hot dog. The onion, in the onion rings are cut to thick. So the breading falls off, and the onion is to tuff to bite through. The custard was good. Lots of toppings. Would I come back for the meals? No. The ice cream, yes. The place was clean for the most part and the employees are great.
Service was ok. The food came out quick, but the actual food wasn't good at all. The paper thin beef paddies were too salty. Everything else had more flavor and substance than the beef paddies. The mayo over powered the flavor of the beef, that's how thin these 2 paddies were. Fries were crisp and hot, but the shoe string design isn't for me.
I will 100% return!!! I love how lean the burgers are. The flavors are amazing! Cheese curds are to die for and if you are a fan of THICC frozen custard, this the absolute place to go! We have been twice and we are going to continue to bring more people with us each time. We love it! Parking: Parking is a little awkward but that's not a big deal at all.
