Fast Laundry

It's a typical laundry... This one is not air conditioned, and usually very busy, but machines get the job done..

First time customer, machine malfunctioned, and the attendant couldn’t open the door. We were told to come the next day and that our clothes would be wash and dried due to the inconvenience. Showed up the next day, attendant name “Lucilet” said she wasn’t aware that our clothes was promised to be dried so she didn’t do it. I stated their might’ve been some miscommunication, that’s where she decided to get sooo nasty with us. I asked her why was she talking to us in such a manner. She didn’t care, proceeded to insult us. Called the manager, phone is off. Will not be coming back.

Very nice, big, clean laundromat with great machines and would have given 5 stars. Why only 3 stars? There is no hot or even warm water going into machines, only cold! I asked the attendant why and she said it was because cold water won’t ruin your clothes! I feel cheated.

I've have been coming here for 3 years. Once a week, usually two loads each time. Never had any issues. Arrive to the facility at 9:55p, they close at 11pm. Wash is 22min. 30min dry. Gone before closing, no problem. Walk in the door and confronted by the owner, "you can't start a wash now. Not enough time." There is some back and forth, I ask, "as long as I'm out of here before 11pm, is that okay?" He just laughed and says, "well I want to go home early, everyone one else will be done soon and I'll just have to wait for you."........ Why post your hours to close at 11pm? He allows me to run a wash, after 5min of arguing. Then proceeded to stand directly behind me as I put quarters in and start the load. After a 12hr shift at work, I just wanted to do some laundry in peace. Thank you for the terrible experience and driving my anxiety through the roof for no reason. I was not allowed to dry my clothes, despite the wash finishing at 10:20pm.

It was dirty, the washers had gunk on the inside where you put the detergent. People left their trash everywhere. I never saw anyone who worked there so obviously they weren’t worry about keeping the place clean. The picture does not look like the place at all! The prices were very high compared to the really nice laundromat that I normally use in Laurel. I was in Annapolis and thought that air would be nice since I was in Annapolis. Never again!

Was neat and clean for a laundromat, dryers were nice and hot spent $1.25 for 25 minutes and my big heavy comforters got nice and dry. Vending was reasonably priced for snacks & drinks.Only thing was due to the pandemic there was no use of the restroom but other than that, I will definitely use them again.

The Name Speaks For Itself. Its Fast, Clean and the Machines are Great because they are huge and get the Job Done! They just Remodeled so there is definetly lots of space. Best Laundry in Annapolis For Sure! The Owners are always Really Nice.

Very friendly staff. I've met only nice people here. A little pricey but it's the only laundry I've been too so it might be normal. Parking is small but it's right next to the doors so you don't have to haul things very far. A lot of friendly Spanish speaking families which is nice because I can work on my Spanish!

Its all about the timing. Ive been here when it was packed and chaotic, and today, it was not. I was able to get my laundry in with no crowd, but by the time I was putting my clothes in the dryer, it was starting to get busy. If you see there is nowhere to park then probably not the best time to come here. I arrived at 11am and it wasnt busy. The washers are pretty reasonable dryers a little expensive, but all in all they are adequate and it is reasonably clean.

The place is nice but the washers and dryers aren’t clean because the laundries are filled with hair and it got on most of my clothes and I wasn’t very satisfied with that. It kind of stinks when you open a washer or dryer. These people need to close the doors and turn on the AC because it feels like 90° in this place.
