Waiting in a horribly planned long line that blocks poor people that park at the gas station. So finally get up to machine to pay, which is about 2 cars away from going in, and see a small cash only sign on the screen. Thankfully I'm able to scrounge up $8 cash, but 1 dollar of that is quarters. The guy advises the machine doesn't take quarters, and I can get out of line and go pay inside the gas station. A sign or employee at the back of the line advising the machine is broken would have been nice to save myself from wasting my life waiting in that long line for nothing. Very disappointed.
Used to come here for a quick wash, but lately my car has been left streaky and on top of that, the water they use smells horrible. I don’t know if it was that morning I went, but it wreaked of sulfur and sewage. The smell stayed on and in my car. I had to rewash it myself and put air fresheners inside to get rid of the stench. I went back for a refund because it was never a car wash, if anything it made my car dirtier and left a bad smell. When I went for my refund the manager had the audacity to come inspect my car and even open my car doors and look around inside without asking me. I explained to him how I had to rewash my car and he kept telling me nothing was wrong with the smell or streakiness. Well, because I had to rewash the car myself, that’s why. Glad I got my refund because this was horrible.
Older generation does great work the younger kids not so great I always get the best wash they offer with a tip. Last time I went my truck came out looking the same before the wash. And I go here every Friday but not anymore. So to add to my review I was told since they did a horrible job to come in anytime to claim another car wash today I called they told me Manger is not in and they can't do anything and that they will try and contact the Manger cause that's super hard to do the girl on the phone Stephanie said to call back later not give me your number I will call you back or anything these people are lazy and don't want to do there job it's a sad world we live in I will not return to them again nor will any of my friends or family. Thank you guys for wasting my time
Love this car wash for 12.00 omg your car comes out clean.. this is best place and only place ill go to anymore cause it is the very best and they even dry your vehicle off so its dry with no stricks. PERFECT PLACE EVEN CHEVERON GAS STATION.. GAS UP THEN GO CAR WASH PERFECT START OR END OF DAY GASED UP CAR WASHED TADA GOT 2 THINGS DONE WELL ACCOMPLISHED
I'll give 3 stars, due to the fact I think they should add more soap and product for the 15 dollar wash. But overall the car came out clean except for some dirty spots on the windshield and bumper. But overall the experience was good, fast car wash, and fast drying from the guys who stand outside at the end.
Leaving very unsatisfied, probably the worst drive through car wash I've ever been to. I still have soap suds left over on my car. Still looks dirty and streaky... As if i didn't get a wash at all. Vacuums could barely pick up a crumb, actually, one side didn't even work, I had to use the person's next to me... I feel so crabby after this car wash from disappointment. Definitely a let down and won't be returning ever again. Some constructive criticism - less soap, and more water! And YES, we are crying for 9$ because it is a waste of money to put that towards EXPECTING a proper wash, and coming out as if someone just threw soap and water on your car and left it to air dry. It's a dud.
The wash is okay but the guys that dry my car afterward are awesome. I have paid more money for much less value. I just wish they had a quick wash option like they have in AZ. $3 and it's a quick run through just to get the dust off.
This place used to be so much better. The people that dry the car seem lazy and dont pay attention to what they are doing. Before they were on it not anymore. They never put amor all either and I pay for it. I always have to tell them and they dont dry my chrome wheels. If your rims stick out past the lip you will have problems.
Came in because of the good reviews but come to find out if there machine breaks something. They just say sorry they should have told me my car was to low. I've gone to car washes that have told me yes and no but they check. The guy guiding people in kept telling me to go.
