Fastenal Company

Drove across town to fastenal 10 minutes before they closed. Lights out no one in sight door locked. I couldve driven to the other fastenal in the area but now its too late. Unprofessional to waste the time of customers because some front desk employee wants to leave work early instead of doing their job and being open during posted hours.

These guys roll up early. I showed up at 4:30pm, and the doors were locked and no one was inside. I went to Ace instead because they’re reliably open at the hours they post.

The worst in customer service by far... I'd give them a 0 stars
