Best Fastenal around. I have been to many locations throughout Utah County and they are by far the easiest one to work with. The manager and staff there is amazing. They always have what we need when we need it.
I work down the street at the airport and I always come here first for all my nuts and bolts. Andrew is very knowledgeable and never fails to find me what I need. If something isn't in stock, they ship what I need into the store within a couple days. I couldn't recommend this branch any higher
This shop is simply fantastic. Our key Rep, Andrew is a truly personable man, always has great conversation with us when we stop by, and goes far out of his way to find us the hardware we need, day of or next day. He has made it pleasant experience doing business with and despite the normal walk in cash customer rates, he beats prices compared to other local hardware stores. Our current job is in Mapleton, but i personally would travel from SLC just to have such a pleasant experience and pricing compared to other fastenals.
I’ve purchased many thousands of dollars worth of fasteners from this place over the years but after the horrible, disgusting treatment I received today, I will never purchase from this pathetic, store ever again!!! They pulled a scam on me, then asked me to leave the building when I protested. All over a small bag of parts. Save your money folks. Don’t put yourself through what I went through! Go somewhere else! The scam they pulled prompted me to call the police. Five Spanish Fork cops and a Utah County Sherrif Deputy responded. I will be concluding this hassle when I seek justice against them in court
Poor inventory selection. you can’t just buy a bolt you have to buy a whole bag of them same goes with the nuts and washer or Anything else that you get. Save yourself some time and money and go to Red Rino industrial awesome service always have what you need.
I have been going to the Spanish Fork branch for years and have always been treated right and well.
Andrew is always helpful and often gives us discounts when me and other coworkers go! Great store and great people!
Poor inventory management. Often did not have the part we had been ordering through them. We had to wait on parts we needed even though we had been ordering them for months. Initial quotes on products were good and then later on they doubled. That’s some crazy price creep if you ask me. If you bought it from Fastenal then you payed too much. Poor service and rude staff when we told them of our concerns.
Hey, these guys are fantastic. They bend over backwards for us everytime, and Steve is a great sales rep. They are all very familiar with their product, and within hours they're able to come up with an answer for even the most obscure requests. I represent a national company with a multi-million dollar operation, and I couldn't be happier with the service we get from the Spanish Fork Fastenal store.
Andrew is always a great help and very knowledgeable. I always give him a call when I've got questions!
