Awesome customer service! Rick at the St. Pete store took the time to help me find the hardware hanger bolts & wing nuts I needed for Hurricane Shutters we are building in the Bahamas. I needed a larger quantity than they stock so he gave me the part numbers so I could place an order on line. Thank you Rick!

Has one of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Went at 4:50pm and they were closed up. I called like the sign said too and I was rudely told they are not selling to public nor are open. This is ridiculous because I have never been told they are account only. Will be taking my business else where

Place only open from 2 to 4 but answers the phone and don't tell you that even after I told guy I'd be there in a few minutes
