If possible to give negative I will... given multiple chances on pizza... first 2 were "pre ordered". First time I ordered over the phone and was told 35 mins. When I arrived whoever took my order had left and no one on duty had a clue about my order. I then waited another 40 mins for my pizza. Second time I ordered 1 hour in advance for a specific time because I was in a bind for time and got told no problem. When I arrived my pizza wasn't even in the oven yet, and I got told I had arrived too early;literally 2 mins not exaggerating. Now the third and final attempt at fastrac pizza... I ordered inside and was told 10 mins I returned it was done but... there is only "pizza" on one side of the pizza... there's more "bread triangles" with a little bit of sauce and meat on your first 3 bites than there is pizza. I will not be returning.

Newly refurbished with fantastic fresh deli and pizza inside. Fresh coffee high tech machines, tons of choices and flavors. Many fuel pumps, pay at pump. Easy in/out.

Overall disappointing… Whoever was working thought meat lovers meant sausage and pepperoni… um when has meat lovers only been two meats? The Chicken BBQ and Chicken Bacon Ranch were dry. Need to bring back their good twisted crust too.

Need to go back to the old dough/crust this pizza isn’t as good as it use to be. Also I can’t seem to order pizza online it always says there is a communication issue and to call the store. Camden NY

Ordered a pizza and they said they wouldn't do meat in separate containers. At the fastttack in Camillus on Hinsdale I've gotten 8 pizza and EVERYTIME I've asked for chicken and their steak and pepperoni on the side I've a vegetarian and my meat eater friends still get options. It's inconsistent for 1 to gladly put meat in containers to go and 1 to flat out refuse. Their customer service is poor. It's an unlimited topping pizza, but apparently only if they feel like it.

Everytime I try to use my fastrac card it won't work. And even though you use a different payment form, you have to pay full price for the gas. The employees said they have no way to override the system to give you the discount. Pretty sad. I got the card for the discount, and can't get it anyway even though I have the card!!

I was told gas was 5.111 a gallon. Went in prepaid ended up paying 5:40 a gallon steer clear they are thieves,

Convenient, but nt always the best prices inside and out.

Patty and sabby GM Took my order while I placed a pizza I sat there and waited in during my time of waiting for my pizza to be done I watched them be rude to three or four different customers one customer had money thrown at him through the plexiglass hole she put so much effort in force into it when she threw the money through the glass it shifted on the counter they both have very bad attitudes because they are understaffed and overworked according to them if they don’t like their jobs they should work where they don’t have to deal with the customers or the public my pizza was horrible very little cheese and very minimal pepperoni and tons of sauce they had no cheese or no pepperoni pizza out for individual slices which are the two most common kinds of pizza people buy but they did have jalapeño and pepperoni And garlic cheese instead of them being just regular I watch them lose two sales of pizza because of this corporate should look into hiring people that are more of a people person and people pleasers if they want to continue to have a good business

The pizza department is the worse I've ever seen. Stop lying about things people pay their hard earned money for.
