The service was very friendly but slow. It took an unreasonable amount of time to receive our meals after ordering considering there were few customers at the time we visited. The food was good and I'd consider returning.
Please stay away. All four plates were dry and this is how over cooked their chicken is, ribs were crispy as well, so their food is probably under the heater all day. If you really feel like FATZ do yourself a favor and drive to the Easley or Seneca one.
The greeter at the door never said hello, or welcome, or anything friendly, it was only "how many?". He never smiled. This should have been our first clue to turn around. However, our waitress was super friendly and did a great job. My soup was lukewarm at best and the rest of our food was average, the cheese grits were lumpy. The bathroom was nasty- sticky floor, holes in the ceiling tiles and it smelled like raw sewage. When I was coming back from the restroom that's when I noticed the overall dirtiness of the restaurant. There was missing carpet, the file floor was originally redyou could see it in the corners but it was so nasty that it was black. Will not go back there. I really think the waitress and the manager were doing the best they could but this place needs to be closed and cleaned.
Every thing was delicious and Great prices for the portions. Sorry no pics ate it so fast!
From the time we entered our order, the waitress was very accommodating helping my date with great descriptions of what was tasty to her and most popular items. The manager even helped us by getting my date garlic bread because of her allergies to poppy seeds. The steak was cooked to our liking perfectly along with the chicken tenders. We had a great time and definitely will be back.
Wow, my first time at this place and the service was explicable. We were on our way back to Atlanta. The customer service from the hostess, the waitress and the manager was very warm and pleasant. I ordered the grilled chicken with rice pilaf marinated in a pineapple sauce with broccoli and everything were seasoned to taste. My husband had the calabash fish platter and he was very well pleased. The platter was more than enough. Thank you for your generous service
They have changed the way they make their famous rolls, which was the main reason I came. The rolls are not fried anymore and now they are terrible dough like taste. Need to change back to regular recipe. Waitress was great but, I had to send my food back because it was cold. I wasn't offered a small discount of food!
The food at this location was delicious. It was brought out in a timely manner. The waiter was nice, I ordered a Cat 5 drink that had me handing over my keys lol. It's so hard to find a great place to eat. We will definitely be going back to this location again.
Service was good. Had an ok craft beer selection. Food was cold though. My wife had to send her baked potato back, it was so cold it wouldn't even melt the butter. But my shrimp and cream cheese grits was one of the best renditions of the dish I've had.
The food is good. The hostess, waitress, & manager need work ethics. 5 minutes waiting to be seated as manager saw us waiting, not stepping up to assist when hostess is who knows where. Ice was melting in drink on bar before we reminded waitress to retrieve it. Not a pleasant early Mothers Day luncheon. Good food, slack service
