I left a voice mail on Friday after 3:30 and Hunter called me back same day..FRIDAY! after hours..his compassion and advise helped me craft an email in my dispute and the party I was in dispute with settled that same hour. But mainly, Hunter's extroidinary effort to return VM helped my mental health, that someone would listen to my concerns and treat me with dignity and compassion. Thank you Hunter. To the County Attorney you already earned a 2nd term. Again..thank you
The lady who answers the phone in the child support office is rude. Every time I call with a simple question, or to request documentation, 100% of the time. With her attitude, she sounds like she’s the paying the support. She should get another job, she obviously has a problem with doing hers.

I am curious as to how 12 people are employed there and having gad conversations with an Assistant as well as the man, Larry Robert’s himself, why can’t they give answers or better yet, show integrity by doing what they say. I hope this new lady Angela Evans brings integrity, decorum, and transparency to an office which should have at least those attributes. Meanwhile, could anybody provide the Agency/Office overseeing this office
Called back because of missed call and man who answered the phone was rude and scolded me for not being by my phone. I’m sorry sir but you’re not my father. I have two kids to take care of and can’t be by my phone every waking second. For an office trying to, “help,” the community, you make it mad more than anything. As you can see by the ratings.
Very disappointed in how they represent victims of domestic violence. Lack of empathy with quotes like “ well it’s not like you’re bleeding or anything“ from an attorney regarding a charge. Maybe that’s why victims give up on reporting incidents.
I receive kinship care from the state, on behalf of a child relative I am caring for. Whenever there is an issue I have to call this office, but I can never reach anyone, always a voicemail. There seems to always be confusion as to how child support and kinship work together or against one another. I am often given information that I don't know is accurate, as I've received information from the state that contradicts what this office has told me... I understand they must be overwhelmed, however the city must do a better job of equipping this office to work efficiently.
most unprofessional customer service reps ive ever dealt with the only person i feel gives me accurate up to date info is Camille P. everyone else ive spoke to seems to be confused uninformed or annoyed. i wouldn’t recommend using this child support agency if you don’t have to
Great group of prosecutors ,they are making a huge difference bringibg bad guys to justice like Sam Albert Hatton of Sam's used cars on leestown road Sam is busy deceiving innocent people of greater Lexington Kentucky. County Attorneys office team member are busy bringing people like Sam to justice. Jennifer Wade and Nick Anderson are one of the best in the state of Kentucky.
