Our purpose is to:
-Make a difference by sharing our faith story with all of God's children. Bringing them to the saving grace of Jesus Christ, baptism into his name, and membership into the Fayetteville family.
-Make a difference by discipleship and mentoring programs in order to develop converts to Christlike maturity.
-Make a difference by equipping the family unit with the gospel message, needed programs and support structure to strengthen marriage and all family relationships.
-Make a difference by providing this community with the necessary facilities to meet ministry needs today and for the future.

Our purpose is not to tell people what to believe or how to live. We seek to help them develop their own personal faith based on insights of Scripture, tradition, reason, and experience and to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe that it is in harmony with God's will that life takes on its highest meaning and satisfaction, and we want to assist people in coming to understand and to fulfill His purposes for their lives. God knows what is best for each of us, and we could never improve on His will for our lives.
