Why FEW? We're different. We're a not-for-profit financial cooperative. Different than a bank, our customers are members, which means that when you open your account, you're part owner of FEW. That's great news! Profits made by FEW are returned back to you in the form of higher savings rates, better loan rates and low or no fees.

WHO CAN JOIN
The field of membership shall be limited to those having the following common bond:

Department of Housing and Urban Development (Los Angeles only) Kedren Headstart Program (Los Angeles only)
Office of Education Jenesse Center (Los Angeles only)
Department of Health and Human Services Latin American Civic Association (Los Angeles only)
National Credit Union Administration Hirsch Pipe and Supply (Los Angeles only)
Federal Labor Relation Authority Employees of this credit union
Persons within the "immediate family" of a member. "Immediate family" means spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, grandchild, stepparents, stepchildren, stepsiblings, and adoptive relationships.

OUR HISTORY
FEW Credit Union was chartered in 1958 for employees of the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare in three counties of Southern California. Over the years we have expanded our field of membership to seven counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo.
