I don’t know who your delivery person is that comes out of Chattanooga and delivers to Henagar Alabama but they are the laziest person we have ever seen. They left our chewy order setting in the driveway in the rain and ruined the dog food. They had to go 20 more steps to put it on the front porch. They just left a $500 grill for a jeep laying in the driveway for everyone driving by to see. Then again today they left our Walmart order laying in the driveway. They have been asked multiple times to put it on the porch so it can’t be seen or get wet. But no one in Chattanooga cares. The bad thing is when they did it today there was already a UPS delivery on the porch and this lazy person just left in the driveway propped up by the garage door. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen

On Sunday they said my package was attempted to be delivered but how is that I was home. On Monday my package was suppose to be redelivered but was still in the warehouse. I called customer service three time and was told three different things. It was a horrible experience. I will never use them again. I wish I could give zero stars.

There was a package sent for someone that arrived at my door. I have tried repeatedly to return it and each time I was met with certain resistance. The company will not take to you without tracking number. All info was destroyed on it except for the name and my address. I tried for over three wks and still no concert for others that use this company. Make sure these people get all your info correct and make them repeat it all back to you. Now this woman will never get what she paid so much money for.

Horrible service. If they had Americans working in a call center this company would be better off. Never using FED EX EVER again.

I will never use FEDEX AGAIN. 2 days in a row i received a message saying my packages were delivered and nothing was at my house. So i call customer service and they tell me they were delivered and the name Hicks had signed for them. But I HAD NOBODY BY THAT NAME LOOKING FOR THEM! So I went everywhere, they had just dropped them on the front porch of the house 3 places down, other side of the road. And NO BODY was there, so no signature.... I don't trust them with my packages

They delivered my package 3 houses down to my politically aggressive and territorial gun wielding neighbors. It was hard to get the package off their doorstep. I had to sneak to get my OWN PACKAGE with my name and correct address on it. I have my house number on the FRONT of my house and on my mailbox. My house is not hard to find. USPS and UPS have shipped here without problem time and time again. My neighbors do not have a house number posted at all. Not even on their mailbox. Is it seriously that hard to check the number? Or you just “guessed” it was the right house? If you can’t or refuse to use a GPS properly because of incompetence or impatience/time limits you don’t need to be in delivery service.

Received a text saying my item could not be delivered due to wrong address. I contacted the person sending me the item and they said I'd receive a call to get things straightened out. Never got a call but my sister did get a little card in the mail with my correct address on it was not her package with two numbers and told to call. Called both numbers, was sent to voice mail both times, left my info, and continued to do so for days. Never received a call back. I contacted the original sender again and they sent me a replacement which arrived in 3 days. Who ever is in charge of the Alton Park blvd FedEx facility in Chattanooga,TN needs to be demoted and a more competent worker put in charge.

It was good today. Orientation was cool too. No pressure, but effort and hard work is appreciated. Got the hang of it. I'm a natural.. Jackson, at the location I'm at is a decent guy and runs his area comfortably and he has a good team under him so I hope my good review doesn't blind you from your experience. Fedex is cool. Part time 3:30am-8am
