Easily the worst FedEx in America. How do you have my package on the truck for delivery and not even make an attempt to deliver…? Then scan it as an operational delay next day delivery. Next day arrives and my package is now In Houston Texas!! Then Tomball Texas!! Then nationwide FedEx customer service is trash. Locally no one answer the phones.. You better off getting packages delivered through UPS

The driver making a delivery to our house this morning didn't even wait for us to answer the door before he scurried off. They left a note saying the package couldn't be delivered because no one was home to accept it. Bull****!!!!!! Your drivers need to learn to wait longer than 10 seconds before leaving the property.

Canceled a package of food due to “weather” when it was barely sprinkling outside. This is the 4th delivery from this center that’s been undelivered or delayed for ridiculous reasons.

The contractors are great But FedEx themselves.... not so much. Lake Charles has this one guy named Damian. He was just the rudest and demoralizing person that was on the biggest power kick.

Had a package for delivery on the 10th and they never attempted to deliver my package and said it was an operation error saying address was not complete but everything was trying to get my package still any help

Avoid shipping your things FedEx at all costs!! Worst customer service and their "delays" make no sense whatsoever.

Very helpful with retrieving my package before it went out for delivery on a truck, it needed a signature and nobody would've been able to sign if it were to be put on the truck. Nobody would have been at the house. Thanks for the great customer service FedEx!

This place is obviously designed to make customers avoid it. Yeah they seem to need a high security gate but at least have someone available to let "customers" know where to go instead of waiting until they attempt to walk to the main gate. Same thing has happened both times I've come here. Believe me, I'd rather leave them to their job, but circumstances sometimes require customers to come to this location.
