People were personal, helpful with my shipment. Spent little time getting package prepared for shipping.
Pretty fast. easy parking. Great customer service.
Massive disappointment. I brought a nice basket of yams and they were clearly under appreciated. The staff worked very hard but the aura of the manager was off putting. There was also a very potent aroma that smelled like the sweat of a baby. The other customers in the store were all crawling instead of walking. I was suddenly forced down to the ground and almost began to crawl before I fought it off and ran. It is unlikely that I shall return to this facility.
Fed Ex has the worst customer service. They lie to their customers about delivery and pick up times. They don’t honor their own delivery timeframes. They further make things worst by not logging phone calls, leading to further dishonest communication with customers. Then, they provided excuses as to why they can’t deliver to your address. But, you have to drive and pick up your pack from them over a 1/2 an hour away. What kind of work are they getting paid to do? It sounds like nothing to me.
My neighbors package has been sitting in my driveway for two weeks. I have no problem bringing packaged that are mistakenly delivered but this thing is 200 lbs... 4 phone calls and 3 attempts via Fedex Twitter and still nothin
This visit was a disaster. Arrived with email from FedEx with QR code to print label at their facility. They could not read bar code initially and then said it was invalid. My shipper sent two more label emails, same result. Eventually I downloaded label from FedEx emailer to my phone, created .pdf of label and the sent it to rep at FedEx facility for printing. One hour in total and over 20 customers delayed.

Very efficient. No one was in line.
We had shipped a Fedex Priority Overnight Package. Our Passports were held at the this location and were to be shipped to our home. But with out travel date in a few days and with this being a labor day long weekend, we could not wait for 3 days to get it. So we requested them, if they could help us get it right away. The guy at the front desk acknowledged our concern and checked with other employees and the manager what could be done. The manager and others asked us to wait and managed to get our package for us. It was such a big help and they went out of their way to do it. We are very thankful, as travel date is only a few days away
Easy to find. Parking spaces are good and easy, but there was not staff at the counter when I got there. After finishing my box ready to be sent, I tried to get a person by calling but still I had to wait for a minute to see a staff. She was kind and pretty friendly, but it was quite strange for me because I had to wait to finally meet a staff even after calling for a help.
