Absolutely no care for delivering packages on a timely basis and shrug off the importance of you needing your items , will try to rush you out of the store when it’s almost time to close and lie about the time the drivers are scheduled to be back … the drivers here don’t try to redeliver your package the same day either they also never left a door tag like they are suppose to if I could I would choose any other delivery service but fed ex this was an absolute terrible experience for me and I hope I never have another item shipped through fedex ever again in my life . How vague is it to tell someone to expect a package before 8pm … no other delivery service does that nonsense. Absolute poor service for packages .
Amazing service. I tried other services before and they were quite rude and unhelpful. Olivia at FedEx of Ronkonkoma went far and beyond to help me send my packages. She stayed overtime to assist me and other customers. She was super nice and calm despite having to repeat the task several times to get it through. I am so appreciative and I cannot thank her enough
Got my letter the teller was helpful. But drivers need to date and put on glass so it can be seen when door is opened I had three on my door as I hardly go out my front door I use my driveway kitchen door. But I do open inner door for light but could not see the tags and none were dated.
Paid for two day shipping and it’s now going to take 5 days to arrive . My product is literally sitting in a trailer and I got the typical o well you know where short staffed . No not acceptable. I will be demanding a refund since I paid 60 bucks for 2 day shipping . Not to mention my product went from Suffolk to Manhattan only to go back west to Newark to come back east to the island. Who runs this company joe Biden? Goes west to come back east also waste of gas for the driver . Get it together fed ex I sent my product to Manhattan via usps and it arrived the next day which I paid for . I should of stuck w usps it would of been here already . Do not use fed ex disorganized. Covid Is not an excuse for failure .
Nice experience. No long lines to wait on. Maybe because we went around 1:00? Only 1 clerk on duty to help us. But it was quick and painless to ship our package. Seems like they're still observing Covid precautions, which is something I like very much.
I need to add I read all the reviews and they’re all complaining about the same woman .. I’m going to follow up until this is dealt with. I have a huge issue with this location especially the tall female employee with long brown hair that smokes cigarettes .. I paid $130 + for international priority shipping .. they made one poor attempt to deliver , did not leave a sticker saying “we missed you” nothing .. I just happened to check the tracking and they had just left I WATCHED THE CAMERA THEY DIDN’T KNOCK/RING ..I went to the pickup location at 6 pm as directed, was told 1. Leaving a message is a courtesy and they don’t do that even when you pay $130 bucks and 2. I need to leave a note that the front door is not the door we use. 3. She said she cannot update the information for the driver and offered zero solution and blamed my item coming from China as the issue …. When I questioned why I was being told my package wasn’t there and the tracking AND fedex customer service said it was scanned in at 3:22pm see photo it was there and the woman said “oh that’s mike he won’t get back until 745, he was a manager, you won’t be able to get it until Monday” well I am a travel nurse and will be away there is a reason I scheduled it to be delivered. She told me I could go online and have it go to a CVS … , they use Walgreens, more bad information . I have reached out to fedex corporate as this was a huge waste of money and I have to chase my package around. I would like someone to reach out to me so I can understand if your tracking system is completely obsolete or if it’s your employees. How can an item be listed as at a facility when it’s not ? It physically has to be scanned in. I never use fedex , my vendor set up the shipping but never again .
I went to the store today, but their customer service is very inconvenient. First the lade on the front asked me if I have account, I said no. But when I saw my shipping cost is very high, she said it happened because I don't have account. I shipped my products to the same address several times from other locations and they charged me 5-7 dollar. But she did 18 dollar. She didn't open my account because she already typed and can't do it again! What kind of customer service is that. She was very rude to me as well. Just because my shipping cost was high and I asked her to give me the minimum option. She recorrreted my words with a bad attitude. This was my first time in this location. Never go there again. Never seen such bad approach to the customer.
I'm a little late because this was a few weeks ago, but Joyce went above and beyond to help me with my packaging and shipment. She was very personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind!
