6/3/2023, "It was the best celebration of a cherished life that I had ever been to", as said to me by the family and friends gathered to honor my husband of 40 years. With the help of Dave Feeney and his compassionate and caring staff, we were able to personalize the memorial room with all of my husband's favorite things, serve his favorite foods in the café and display a video slide show of his life. Feeney Funeral Home exceeded our expectations in providing what we needed to celebrate a life that will never be forgotten!
We can not say enough about Dave Feeney and his team. We knew exactly what my Mother wanted and they helped us deliver her vision in the way she requested. We especially would like to call out Mary Roth, Ariya Scala and Michele De Bellis each who were patient, compassionate and just wonderful to all of us helping us get through the memorial wake, funeral mass and the cemetery. Thank you again to everyone at Feeney's for helping us to honor our mother Bea O'Rourke.

I have always been very pleased with Feeney Funeral Home. Our family has utilized their services for over 20 years. And they continue to be very compassionate and honest funeral directors. I love their tribute page where they share obituaries and tributes including photos of our deceased loved ones. No matter what type of funeral you wish, Feeney's is able to accommodate you.
Feeney Funeral Home truly treated our family with kindness and compassion during the most difficult time in our lives. Each and every staff member was always so professional, and genuinely caring and sensitive to what we were going through. My daughter and I met with Michele, who was incredibly thorough in going over our needs. She went over all available services, and a price list was provided for reference. She laid everything out perfectly and explained everything clearly, with patience and grace. We never felt pressured into anything, and knew exactly what to expect. Ariya also was so helpful in the planning of the visitation, and putting together the tribute page, which included the obituary, photo gallery, and a beautifully edited video of our photos set to musical selections that we chose. At the visitation, Mike and Steve were helpful and kind in guiding guests, as well as taking care of our photos that we had brought to display- again making sure that everything was handled with care. Mr. Feeney was wonderfully gracious the day of the funeral mass, guiding us to the church and then to the cemetery, where we had a beautiful burial service surrounded by family and friends. The day of the funeral we used the limousine service through Feeney Funeral Home, and our driver Rick was absolutely fantastic. Another service that Feeney provided was through their partnership with Legacy Touch, a company that produces fingerprint keepsakes of loved ones. They took care of the fingerprinting of my husband, sending it to Legacy Touch, and I was able to purchase the most beautiful personalized fingerprint pendant. Flowers that were delivered to the funeral home after our service were personally and graciously delivered the following day right to our door by Mike. I may be leaving out some people who helped us along the way or were present at our services, but each and every individual at Feeney Funeral Home took care of us as if we were their very own family. I know that our guests were made to feel the same way. I would highly recommend Feeney Funeral Home to anyone in need of such services.
I recently attended a service at Feeney Funeral Home for my uncle. From the moment my family and I walked in the door, we were treated with kindness and compassion. The entire staff went above and beyond our expectations. We have a large extended family, and my uncle had many friends, and the staff at Feeney’s expertly handled the organization of the crowd for both the wake and funeral services. We were also very impressed with the personal touches that were incorporated into the service. It was like the funeral directors knew my uncle personally! They really took the time to get to know who my uncle was, and my family truly appreciated that. I would highly recommend Feeney Funeral Home.
My family just used Feeney Funeral Home for my father's wake and coordinated his mass at St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church in Ho-Ho-Kus. Dave Feeney and his staff were outstanding. Every detail was attended to and they honored our requests to the letter. There was absolutely no pressure to up-sell us on more expensive options and our wishes were granted with all costs stated clearly. The facilities are very well appointed and maintained. During a difficult time, our family felt completely taken care of. I couldn't recommend them higher.
Mom and I lost my Dad, Husband of 48 years, this month, it was sudden and we are not handling well. I picked Feeney by pure gut instinct & boy, was I right. From the first call, everything felt like it was a hug from my Dad. I don't know how to describe this. David Feeney called me and from the genuine love in his voice, I felt like my Dad was really the only person he had to deal with - to me, he is and to Feeney, the same. THAT is the essence of the way it needs to be. When we arrived to sit down and make my Dad's day happen, I could not go inside. My husband brought his clothing inside & I simply stated, fell to pieces. "if i don't go in, it's not real"... without being talked to by my husband, David Feeney came outside to meet me and just say hello at the car. He knew EXACTLY what to do. Sure, maybe they all do but not like THIS. Warmth, love, compassion, understanding, follow through, taking the lead, stepping back, just EVERYTHING is right with Feeney. There is no other place my Dad would have wanted to be honored by than Feeney Funeral Home. David and all staff, thank you for taking the most care possible of my Dad during the worst time in our lives. You will forever be a deep part of our hearts. We are so thankful for you all. Absolutely the best. Excellent service, understanding of both family and friends needs and desires. No request or question too difficult for them to address or try to solve. The team created a beautiful video and slide presentation. Also, provided a beautiful and thoughtful remembrance book mark with a statement of the deceased. Friendly, easy to work with, responsive, flexible and very understanding group of folk to work with at a difficult time.
We recently held a funeral at Feeney Funeral Home. Although this was a tough time, Dave Feeney and his staff went out of their way to make the experience as pleasant as possible. They helped us with decisions and guided us through the process. They were always available anytime we reached out. By the time of the burial they felt like family. Thank you for helping us through this difficult time.
