Car had not been driven for a while so there was a some rain splattered dirt on the sides. I wanted a touch free wash so that I didn't risk the soft touch beaters rubbing the loose sand on the sides. I went for the $14 wash instead of the cheap wash and the car came out looking just as dirty as when it went in! There are signs all over saying that if you are not happy then they will re-wash it for you, however, there is no information on how to get in touch with someone to complain. Frustrating waste of money.
Very expensive for the very poor cleaning. $14 dollars later and car still looks like before going thru the wash. Even second time going thru it, waiting Atleast 10 min for him to push some bottons , car still looks unwashed Would not recommend
Find a different car wash. Every time I come here it’s a disappointment. I’ve had several issues. I’m not sure why I haven’t learned my lesson but thought I’d give them one more shot today. The ‘express wash’ literally just rinsed my car. It said it was putting on soap first but it was clearly out of soap and just sprayed water instead. I just paid $9 for a machine to rinse my freaking car. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Good prices, very detailed on the pre wash and car looked great at the end. Well dried too with a towel, air combo.
I used this car wash many times in the past and I was always happy with the results. I went there 2 weeks ago and it seems that the entire system is new and the price went up. It appears that they reduced the blowers so my car had dry spots over the entire car. When I got home, I had to wipe down the entire car and windows. The brushes were pretty powerful because they caught the edge of my front number plate and bent it out.
Used the do-it-yourself this time, bit reasonably priced carwash
Spent $5 in the self wash, horrible screen that I could not read and no soap on soap setting. Car only looks clean compared to the heavy salt amount it had, but still has a lot of dirt on it.
I went to the Car Wash vacuum center today and tried to vacuum my car . I put the money asked which was 1.75 for the vacuum service and nothing happened. The next machine the same thing . So I walked over to the vending machine service to try to buy cleaning wipes for my inside of my car , the machine ate my 1.75 for the third time the same morning. I don’t even wanna say but I’m sure that anyone in my shoes would’ve been upset. I had no one to tell or advise I had three different machines all eat my money consequentially back to back . I’m a woman and held my composure as best as possible I didn’t bother making a huge deal about it but please fix your machines … If this happened to me I’m sure I’m not the only one who has gone tru the frustration of having equipment fail I understand what I don’t understand is why have the machine there without a note on it claiming it doesn’t work. Don’t put your customers in the type of position because I come here quite often and have never experienced this god bless I have nothing else to say besides the truth . Workers are always pleasant. I get "The Works" every time. My husband was shocked the first time I took his 2007 Dodge Charger through. Said it looking a brand new car. We will not bring our vehicles anywhere else. Update 12/2021... Just went thru the car wash today and I am totally disappointed. Got the works and now my car is dirtier than when it went in. Covered in soap spots! Now I have to wash it myself by hand. Something must be wrong and they need to fix it.
