Feldkamp’s gets five stars from me. I helped a friend find a new refrigerator. Miss Penny at the Marysville location was professional, kind, and courteous. We found what we were looking for and received delivery on the next business day. It was an overall positive experience and I would give them my business in the future.
During the Covid Pandemic we decided to order a sofa/chair set out of the Marysville location and the delivery date was put off several times due to everything going on. The sales Associate Penny was just so darling to my husband and I. Updated us weekly on the status of the sofas, made calls to Manhattan to make sure they got delivered quicker. I mean just the kindest sweetest gal I have ever worked with in the sales buisness...for anything. She could sell used socks and I would totally buy from her!
Penny went out of her way to help my family. My father had recently fallen and fractured his pelvis into places and broke his 10th rib. He was about to be released from the hospital and we needed a lift chair. My family was very picky about the style of lift chair they wanted and Penny had showed us one that was perfect. Penny went out of her way to ensure we were able to get the chair so that my father could returned home from the hospital and have the best care possible her kindness and generosity were very moving during our time of need Penny needs a raise for sure!
It is very nice to have a furniture store like Feldkamp's Furniture in a small town. Their inventory is wide and varied and their customer service is top notch! I appreciate the knowledge and helpfulness that Andy and Penny bring to each furniture selection I make. Thank you!
Excellent sales, service and delivery
Penny, our associate, was just great! She helped us bring in a Sofa from another store. We love it!!
No one offered to help me at all. three young men stood in the other room talking. I wasn't impressed and didn't buy anything!
Penny is great to work with. We've made several purchases from her and each one has been fabulous!
We had great service and person helping us was great to work with in every way . Thanks for your all your help.
