Felicita Pharmacy

I have used Felicita Pharmacy for years now. They are always friendly, personable and go above and beyond to ensure the best service. They will get on the phone to call insurance companies, other pharmacies, Dr, etc so I don't have to. This is a tremendous help with hard to approve prescriptions Because they are small the atmosphere is one where you are treated like family and can chat for awhile. Thank you especially to iris who is a superstar!

If you are looking for that small town pharmacy feel, this place is for you! They remember your name, get to know your kids, and give you that one on one service that you don't get from your big box stores. You can call and check prescriptions, they will transfer them, add stoppers to your liquid meds, much better syringes then other places, and they will even bring out the meds to your car if you can't come in!

My daughter has a rare metabolic condition that requires a compounded medication for the rest of her life. I have paid for this medication since she was born out of pocket because I was told even at the medi-cal office that they wont cover it. But the lady that works there at the front desk got it covered. I dont know how she did it, but she did. I'm so very grateful to them for doing that. They saved me almost 1000 dollars a year.
