Felix is very knowledgeable about the AmFam insurance products. After being with another insurance company for over 20 years and having to add our teenage son on our coverage had us nervous, but Felix assured us we were in good hands. He thoroughly explained AmFam terms and tiers to make sure we were getting the most comprehensive coverage for our autos and home. Glad we made the switch! After being with my previous car insurance company for a year I decided to switch because I wasn't satisfied with my policy. After doing some research I came across American Family and interestingly enough they were the only company that wouldn't allow me to complete my purchase online without talking to an agent first...I'm SO glad this happened!! Felix contacted me and we talked about what type of coverage I was looking for and what American Family could offer me. Felix helped me to realize that I was completely over paying for what I was receiving with my previous policy. Felix was able to get me quadruple the coverage literally FOR THE SAME PRICE of what I was getting with my previous policy. He made sure to go over the specifics with me and he made things so easy to understand. Felix listened to me, he was very personable and also easy to talk to. I feel very confident that I have the best policy for my needs. Also, I went ahead and just bundled everything together. Car Insurance, Renter's insurance, and Life insurance...one of the best decisions that I've made. I've already recommended Felix to my friends and family who are looking to switch.
