After one visit and nothing being done but getting charged around $1,500 we are asked to do the same appointment again . Unbelievable is there any regulatory body to control this? Short experience during visit with doctor was ok.
Not helpful at all. Calling in today to make an appointment. They can’t do it because I don’t know which hospital I am going to deliver my current embryo/future child 9 months after. The lady who picked up the phone told me nicely “just go do some research”. So I leave the judgement to whoever was like me looked through all the other poor reviews and still decided to call. Maybe you have better luck.
We've been coming here for our third child, and while the staff and doctors are nice... We cannot take the fact that our appointments take so long. If you schedule an appointment at 5, it really shouldn't take an hour and 15 minutes of waiting in the waiting room before you're even seen. And while it's nice to see each doctor in the practice, you never get the same answers or communication. It was all very confusing and we've not been very pleased with the level of service provided by this healthcare practice.
Ive seen Dr. Binette and I cant say anything bad about my experience. I think the Dr's. and office staff are very friendly and accomodating to your needs. Dr. Morrison delivered my son via c-section, my husband and I found him to be very informative and helpful when I was nervous or worried about my son. So you wait 10 minutes more sometimes but other people are there for appts you just have to consider the fact your not the only one they see all day, they are allowed to be late. I highly recommend them as your OB.
The doctors are professional and helpful. The scheduling is so bad that you will need medical attention after waiting for 1 hour before each appointment. Every single appointment over 2 separate births had a waiting time of 30 - 120 minutes. We even call ahead to ask if there's a wait time and they say no.
Dr. Binnette is the best doctor I've ever had in 30+ years. While I agree that sometimes the front desk staff are less than friendly, what really matters more? The doctors or the clerical? This is you health - get the best doctor every time and be glad that there are still good doctors available. Everyone I've ever sent to Dr. Binnette has been more than happy with the care/expertise that he provides.
Dr. Thomas is amazing. The staff...meh. Waiting for an hour is excessive and there's no reason to be rude to patients. Even leaving a message for a nurse seems bothersome to office personnel. However, Dr. Thomas is highly recommended and is an excellent doctor and surgeon
I have been a patient at this practice for at over 25 years. The last baby that I delivered there, is in fact now an adult, and also sees Female Healthcare Assoc, for her feminine needs. I had traditionally been a regular patient of Dr. Szwedo; however, their policy dictates that all patients see and become familiar with every doctor at the practice while pregnant, because you never know which doctor will be on an call when you go into labor. I have never been had to wait for un unreasonable amount of time to be seen by any doctor , especially given the fact that emergencies do arise, and I am not so self absorbed as to believe that I am that only patient there who matters in any capacity. Every pregnant woman matters. Those who insist upon complaining about the length of time that they had to wait to be seen are simply not taking into account that babies are not on any one's set schedule - they arrive when they are good and ready. IF babies could be planned down to the minute, then none of this would be an issue or a consideration. I have been treated with the utmost respect, as have my daughters who are also current patience at this practice. Personally, I think that many people don't feel alive unless they have something to whine and complain about and insist that their over inflated egos and self importance trump everyone else's. This practice, and these doctors truly do care about the health and welfare of their patience, and of the babies that the deliver into this world. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for an OB/GYN who puts their their babies, and their nterests first. And, isn't that what it is really all about any way?
Since becoming part of DuPage medical group, they have become so disorganized. The experience with them is incredibly impersonal. The representatives in the phone are very rude. I will say the drs. are still incredible but most want to leave bc of all the changes.
I love this place! Dr. Thomas is amazing however they receptionists or whomever really needs to work out scheduling! You have to sit in the waiting room for an hour before you are seen'.. so annoying !
