Two separate accidents; 1 driver was on the phone and slammed into me and 2 the other my daughter was t-boned by a driver on her phone. Both incidents the police couldn't be bothered to even ticket the responsible party or even write correct information down in their report e.g. when a car is t-boned by another car it's very clear who was as fault and with an eyewitness stating the person ran the red light and slammed into the middle of my daughter's vehicle. Not stated in report. Advice; Make sure you take plenty of photos of any incident BEFORE ANYONE MOVES a vehicle you're involved in because more than likely the police don't care unless you are critically injured.

Dispatcher was so kind and understanding and stayed on the phone with me when I felt unsafe to walk to my car. Police were there almost immediately and they didn’t make me feel like I was being annoying by calling or that I had wasted their time.

I was almost a victim of a hit-and-run today and the cop was citing me about my issues about me not wearing a helmet not having a headlight on my bike and not have any reflector in the front when I called them because I was almost a victim of a hit-and-run so I'm sorry but the police department has lost my respect for them
