everyone was super great here! they fit me in immediately when I started having pain even as a new patient. everyone was super great ! the receptionist, tech, and dentist were all very great and alleviated alot of my anxiety. dentist was very thorough. thank you guys!!!

I love this office. The staff are so friendly and courteous. I have my cleanings done every 6 months with Wendy who is just so sweet and fun and they’ve even fit me in for emergencies. Dr Ferguson is professional and kind.

I just want to thank this facility so much - for addressing my pain and scheduling needs so quickly and throughly. Front desk hussled to get me seen next day for root canal determinations. The assistant was so calm, pleasant, and understanding. The dentist was quick and through to get my nerve pain under control. Its not been 24 hrs and my pain went from unbearable to barely noticeable. Thanks for all each of you do. <3

Dr. Ferguson and the whole staff were great. I wish I knew the assistants name she was very reassuring and calming through the whole procedure crown, asking about comfort and was just a kind soul her and Dr Ferguson both. As for my new and improved porcelain crown.. tooth looks great feels great and painless. Thank you team

Scheduling with this office was extremely easy. The office manager I spoke with was very polite and happy to accommodate my schedule. Dr. Ferguson was super nice and very professional. He listened to my concerns, worked fast and didn’t try to push any services on me like other dentists I’ve had in the past. The hygienist that worked with me was very friendly and did great work. My teeth looked and felt great after the visit. I was even able to schedule my next appointment with the hygienist before leaving the office. I highly recommend this office to anyone, especially if you live in the South Hills area.

I went to Ferguson Family Dentistry for the first time yesterday after years of neglecting to go to a dentist. I'd had some negative experiences at some other "big name" operations and was glad that I took a chance on this charming, friendly office. I was seen immediately, treated well by everyone on their friendly staff from reception to the kind, expert hygienist up to the dentist himself. No up-sells or awkwardness, just straight from the X-rays into getting my overdue cleaning. The procedure was painless and affordable and I look forward to getting back into my cleaning routine and being their patient for years to come.

First time I had the pleasure to meet Dr Ferguson in person I was in extreme pain from a toothache that kept me up over 24 hours. Dr Ferguson and his staff explained the issues and each of my options for the best long term care. The tooth extraction procedure itself was a success and with only a jerking sensation to my jaw and no pain from their careful preparation.

I recently started going to Ferguson Family Dentistry. All of the staff are very nice and professional. The office is very clean, and they have various types of music playing for a relaxing environment. If you are looking for a new dental office I highly recommend this one.

Dr Ferguson was wonderful. After several trips to the pediatrician for ear and jaw pain my daughter was still in severe pain and unable to sleep. I decided to try this practice on a recommendation of a friend. The fact that we had never been there did not stop them for getting my daughter in on a Saturday afternoon. I have taken my child to our regular dentist numerous times for pain and sensitivity in a tooth spanning over 2+years and always told nothing was wrong. Within a short time Dr Ferguson informed me she had a severe cavity needing a root canal and crown. He was able to give my daughter a great deal of relief that day and a follow up appointment within days to complete the root canal. It was very apparent to me that Dr Ferguson is very passionate and educated. I will continue with this practice for all dental care for my entire family.

When I saw the X-ray I knew it would be a heroic effort to fill my tooth and avoid a root canal.... Dr Ferguson not only accomplished this effortlessly... but also with no lingering sensitivity or need to come back for an adjustment.... Whew... My HERO!!!! THANK YOU DR FERGUSON!!!!
