Fernandos Shoe Repair

Warning! If you have expensive Italian designer shoes that need work, don’t bring them to Fernando’s Shoe Repair. They don’t have the skill set to work on fine foot wear. Customer asked for thin sole protective rubber on a new pair of Ferragamo shoes $700 and received a 1/4 “ thick sole that was unacceptable and did irreversible damage to the shoes. The new shoes are now being repaired by someone else. See photo’s There was leather damage to the straps and when Customer mentioned it to Fernando’s, they blamed it on their buffing machine, not the person doing to work. Unbelievable

Excellent customer service. They fixed my bob jogging stroller. The strap that positions the seat from sitting to laying was broken. They fixed it in less than an hour, for a very reasonable price. The lady went above and beyond!

Great job fixing up my favorite loafers, my wife's leather purse and my wife's high black boots, Thanks!
