Fersk is an independent floral design company based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin specializing in weddings and events.
Fersk is the Norwegian word for fresh. I have special memories associated with my Norwegian heritage. Baking krumkake and rosettes with my dad, eating my grandma’s perfected lefse, and laughing with my brother while trying to eat lutefisk -- these traditions have bonded me to my family’s history. I am also inspired by the clean, natural, and simple style of Scandinavian design. “Fersk” combines who I am with how I design.
It’s hard to beat fresh. There is nothing like getting a fresh start, thinking up a fresh new idea, taking in a breath of fresh air, or receiving a bouquet of fresh flowers. Fresh matters to me as a designer in two ways: First, as you plan your wedding you’re preparing for your own fresh - a new season of life, your next adventure. My hope is to capture the excitement, anticipation and beauty of your new promise in every design. Second, I desire to blend your vision with my own artistic style, to create designs that are original and "fersk".
