Unfortunately we have not been given the best service. They have a lifetime warranty on their FICM. They do not stand by it. Our work was done 31 March 2023, Then again on 5 April 2023. the FICM still is not up to par. We paid dearly for the work we had done, and they will not honor they warranty. Poor business practice. Would not do business with them ever again. ********************** 26 July 2023. With an update to my review I can firmly change it to a mid grade 3. they responded to us and did give us another FICM. Which inturn fixed the vehicle. They did make contact with us after a week or two, by email. They also called my husband and had a discussion with him over the product and vehicle repairs that were made between them and us.Services: Electrical

Dtove up from KC & Bought my FICM for my 6.0 powerstroke with a 40hp tune here & headed back home & I had it installed & running within an hour great guys!

when i had to warranty out a ficm, they worked with me and didn’t try to upsell a solution that wouldn’t fix the issue. they worked through what caused it to fail and told me the possible solutions.they are extremely knowledgeable and stand behind their product and customers. love doing business with ficmrepair!Services: Electrical
