You can't do squat with this bank. Can't link it to paypal, can't link it to chime... oh, and it's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting on my new debit card
Stuck in stone ages. Everything, I mean everything, has to be done by going into the bank. Sometimes even if you go in you are told an appointment has to be made first, even if the bank is empty. Apparently, they have no way of knowing if a debit card request was rejected in the system, until you call and state you didn't get the card. Note that the "application" for a debit card has to be completed in person. In this day and age, everything should be available online through an online account. Some issues may just be new staff, others are the lack of service and remote options. I use USAA for personal banking and have never stepped foot in a branch. Can do everything on their App, online or over phone.
Traditional bank that is very cautious. Give them a chance. Great people with great service. I've been banking with them for 36 years on and off. This is a bank for life--that's why I keep going back.
This bank is terrible. My husband and I are military and are stationed in VA. They told us that in order to add me to his bank account we would have to come in and sign for everything. When I said that wasn't possible, the rep Megan said that was the only way and I couldn't get added then. But they refuse to talk to me about anything unless I'm on the account. We are changing banks. I have never seen a bank so unwilling to work with military members.
I have been a member at this bank for 21-years when I began banking there as a very poor college student. I changed to Fidelity bank after having a bad experience with another bank, but I have never once had a problem FBOT. They have always been friendly and extremely helpful.
I am not an account holder, just went in to cash a check. The wait time was short and the transaction was smooth. Easy in and out. I am not sure about people who hold accounts there feel, but I was satisfied with the quick transaction I made.

Definitely behind the times. ATM in Robinson never works. They ought to reimburse ATM fees seeing how their own ATM is inaccessible the majority of the time.
Everything about this Bank is GREAT but the employees treat you like family! Helpful in every way!!! Amazing people!!!
