No joke, David made my trip worth it. I love great customer service. David is a super helpful guy; someone you need to keep on your team. If I need something I can find here, I'm going to come get it from this location versus ordering it on Amazon, just because he assisted me as amazingly as he did. He checked in with me multiple times to confirm I found everything I needed. A++
I came at 8:01 there was easily 25 people in the store. I have been in and out of the Home Depot six times today. I needed one sprinkler part, so I can turn the water back on to my house, and Jessica, the manager refused to let me in when I knew exactly what part I needed and we’re it was. I would have been in and out before the last customer is even got out. I asked her if I gave her the money and she go in and buy it for me or have one of her employees do it she refused everything I tried, including trying to hand money to a customers already in the store to buy the part for me. SHe made an already terrible day that much worse. Terrible customer service no heart exactly what you never want in a manager, great follow the rules. That’s awesome but any good manager knows every once in a while you have to bend the rules for a customer. I’m an area manager for chain of restaurants, and do nothing but train managers on the importance of reading every situation independently.
There is hardly anyone working in doors department, so if you show up and want to spend your money to purchase doors, you simply cannot because there are no employees around. Also, they outsource measurements and installations. They hired a third party to take measurements of the doors, and it took 3 weeks for the third party to come take measurements, and now it has been 1.5 weeks since the measurements were taken and Home Depot still have not received measurements from the third party. I guess Home Depot still uses pigeons to get correspondence from this third party, and perhaps the pigeon in charge of delivering my measurements decided to resign from their position. In the past week, Home Depot keeps calling me asking for an update. Update on what?? How is this my responsibility to provide them with the update on the status of my order. Home Depot CEO/founder keeps complaining in the media about nose dive in sales /profitability because of alleged impact of the “woke” culture. How about actually doing your job? Here is me trying to spend some money at your store and you are doing such a poor job with the simplest task of getting door measurements… what a train wreck…
Great visuals, usually good customer service from mostly helpful staff, good prices, excellent selection of all kinds of goodies that everyone, and I mean anyone who lives or works in or around a home, could even dream of wanting or needing or just plain splurging on cuz it is an awesome toy or deal! Something for every home owner, landscape designer, carpenter, stone mason, painter, demolition specialist, electrician, plumber, heating and air, roofer, pool guy-installation or pool care technician flooring installer, carpet/tile/hardwood/laminate/brick/stone/concrete/hell, even rubber moon bounce floor why the heck not? Lol install/repair/replace/tear down/upgrade/dye/stain or even just shampoo or steam cleaner could need or want to have to make their job easier, faster, greener, cheaper, better-looking-or-smelling...you need it. They got it! Seasonal it's galore. Christmas is already in stock here, but I was drawn in by the beautiful autumn gourds display out front. They have good prices and a beautiful selection of straw bales and traditional pumpkins and scarecrows along with more unique modern and even strange decorative squash and "fairytale" pumpkins and gourds. Check it out. It will not disappoint.
It's what you expect at the nation's largest h/I store. Lots of cool tools and lots of associates but only a few knowledgeable enough and not scared to answer a question or help you find something. I think the stores should offer delivery from near by stores,as opposed to waiting for shipping for in store/stock items
I always get help and asistnce on how to solve my needs on projects and repairs. The store is well organized and prices are good. Very good customer service!!
This location has been fair. Staff is helpful, but sometimes based on their experience you can either get great help or good help. Restrooms were very clean and nicely updated.
It is a good place to go there. The workers were very friendly. I am highly recommend to everyone.
Just moved in down the street and wanted to get some plants for my new patio and they didn't have what I was looking for so went next door to grab lunch and they towed my car!! These people are disgusting. There are hundreds of reviews just like mine going years back. Their customer service is disgusting. Personal shoutout the Jeremy for being a huge a**
As usual, I found all items which I want to purchase. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Appreciate for their help. Definitely visit again.
