Absolutely incredible experience here at Tree Trails! The staff was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and very flexible! Flexible! The course was perfect and very challenging! Amazing! This place was so much fun! Me and my wife had a great time here today and the staff was super friendly. Courses were the perfect balance of fun and challenging. Me and my wife both did the yellow and green course. She went off and did the orange course without me and it looked super challenging. Overall awesome time, would go back :
Super Friendly Staff!!! Great for Family Adventure and numerous courses from beginner to expert Level! At night there's a nice and cozy camp fire, enjoy the comfort of NATURE... just bring your own marshmallow and Don't expect clean toilet just a Friendly Reminder you are out in the woods! Lucky they got Portalet and be happy about it!
Friendly staff, and tons to do! My boyfriend and I tried out the high ropes courses. The beginner courses are totally doable for all ages, so don't be afraid to give it a try! If you're worried about it being too boring, I can assure you their advanced and expert courses will give you a run for your money! We had a wonderful time and it wasn't super busy, even on Saturday.
Had one of the best experiences with my family. We all pushed ourselves and worked together to conquer new obstacles and overcome fears. Very well run organization. Ultra safe. Highly recommend. This place was awesome. They have a tree trail for everyone. The customer service was great and the experience was even better. I definitely recommend this experience to everyone.
This was amazing! The owner and his staff are awesome knowledgeable and very friendly. Plenty of obstacles, zip lines and fun to be had. Regardless of your level of experience there is a course and obstacle for you to master and one that will challenge you to the core. Even if you are only an observer or your groups photographer there are areas for you to follow your climbers and areas to hangout by fire pits or picnic tables.
Tree Trails night glow in the dark adventure was a blast! It was my first time going and I seriously can’t wait to go back. I did not realize how big the park is, with so many trails to choose from. The staff was super friendly and fun, helped us be and feel safe and the courses were really creative- challenging and really enjoyable! Highly recommend!
This was our last adventure of the summer before school starts. We purchased tickets online prior to heading to Mystic for the day for their glow event at night complete with lights and music. We arrived way before our scheduled time and fortunately they were able to accommodate us. The staff was super friendly getting us started with the waiver, gloves, harnesses, and training. We purchased the cheapest gloves, and we are glad we had them. My youngest child, at 4' tall, occasionally had trouble reaching to hook the safety lines. But the staff came to help her through the areas she had trouble with. They were so patient, supportive and encouraging. There were courses with varying levels of difficulty. My teenager looked like a cross between a Ninja Warrior and Spiderman on a blue level course. This was fun for the whole family. Both kids can't wait to come back. The only downside being that the price is too high for us to go back regularly. This was a special treat.
Driving by one evening we could see the lights off in the trees and thought it looked magical. We decided on a whim to stop in and check it out. So glad we did, it was amazing and so much fun. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful!
