Would love to actually taste the food. We went in for Friday lunch, we were there for an hour and fifteen minutes and had not gotten our food. The group of five next to us had came in after us and was halfway through their meal and we still had not gotten our food. I will never go back and recommend no one ever darkens the door of that place.
Made a To Go Order the lady on the phone was so rude! & when I got there she was snappy! My burrito was literally so small for what I paid for. & cold for being takeout literally seemed like they just microwave it! & honestly I have NO idea what the hell kind of vermicelli that was but it was horrible!! Pretty much just spaghetti noodles! Never go back there. It use to be so good back in the day.

Great food and friendly service. The only problem we had was in an almost empty restaurant the waitress never checked on us for refills or other needs. We only saw her to order then when the food was delivered. We couldn't even find her to ask for another drink and more tortillas so we gave up on those. She was very nice when we saw her but she was not very present. The food was amazing. I ordered the chicken fajitas with both rice and beans you have to choose one or the other or they give you half and half if you ask. They were probably the best fajitas I've ever had. How is this not a chain? We need one of these in Colorado Springs!
The fantastic food was marred by the most disinterested waitress I have ever experienced. I'm hoping I just caught her on a bad day, but she didn't want to be at work today Monday March 02, because I took everything to get her attention and any type of service. I've eaten at the Fiesta dozens of times, and this is the only time I've had bad service. I'll be going back for the fantastic food. Only four stars because of the service.

Excellent food and great service. Who'd a thought noodles with my fajitas. The steak in my fajitas were tender, not like the typical skirt steak. And the guacamole was very good as well.
