Fiesta Cancun-Jackson St.

Fiesta Cancun Grill had just reopened last week May 2022. We had takeout ordered at the restaurant. They were quick on getting the order. The taste of everything was better than expected. The chips taste fresh not greasy and the salsa is fresh. The meal was season well with fresh ingredients grade A quality food. The restaurant looks very clean and looks like it has been painted and fixed up. There is an outdoor area to eat but you may need to get there early enough to get a seat like any other restaurant. The window views on the front of building are great with seeing the mountains by I-40. We will definitely be back for more!!

Ate here this past summer. The food was good, just not good enough to justify the cost; they added a "Carry Out Fee" that came to over $6 that I wasn't told was going to be charged! If they had told me, I would have left. That is just wrong; charging me for to-go containers when dine-in costs them to wash dishes and clean a table when a customer leaves. Do they charge a dine-in fee? I'll never know. If I ever go back, I'll "dine in" and ask for a container when my food arrives. To clarify, the charge was a percentage, not a flat amount.

Staying at the motel next door while on a cross country roadtrip, when we decided to try Fiesta Cancun Grill. Seated quickly and then given chips and salsa. Wife had a combo, I had the fajitas. Order delivered pretty quickly and then also backed up with more salsa. Thought the food was filling, a little different from our usual go to places in California, but good all the same. Staff was super friendly, and again impressed with how fast orders were getting out to tables. A little out of the way from the main part of Cookeville, but may be worth the drive. For us, good food at a moderate price.

The best Mexican restaurant in all of Cookeville. I'm so sad that we discovered it right before we are moving out of town. We got to est there 3 times before moving. Each time the staff was amazing and the food top notch. The view from the restaurant is a nice bonus too. Highly suggest the fajita quesadilla. The burritos are great as well. Will miss this place for sure.

The best Mexican food I have eaten. The servers are very courteous and offer suggestions when asked. Facilities and grounds were well maintained and are ADA complimentary. I wholelly recommend this restaurant.Food: 5/5

Ask for a side of jalapenos. Cheese sauce is a must. Tamales are great tasting. A little disappointed that the food did not come out all at the same time. Nice waitress.

I use to love this place but since they moved back to the hill they changed there menu now I'm not a fan.... the food is delicious and service phenomenally just don't have all the stuff they use to have.Food: 3/5

I eat here regularly. It is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the region. The best place to get a margarita, and the tacos are amazing. The service is always friendly and top-notch. Easy access from the interstate, make it a great choice for travellers.
