Tasty Mexican food. Good vegetarian options. Serving size is quiet large. Great staff. Clean rest rooms. Ample parking.
The food in this restaurant is amazing! The salsa is awesome! Our waitress was very nice and attentive! We are just in Redwing for a couple of days and eating here was a great start!
I really like this place, it has good food, a great atmosphere, it's clean, the servers are kind. The portions are big enough to share and prices are unbeatable - fast food costs more. Great place to with friends, family, both, or a couple. I don't give 5 stars because nothing is perfect. I ordered the Burrito Potosi, first word in the description is - Huge, it is, I took half of it home. The rather large drink that the sis/bro are sharing is the large raspberry margarita, between the two of them, they were not able to finish it. They, however, did enjoy the 1st half.

Didn't expect much when I first walked towards the building. Had that typical used car salesman paint on the windows advertising a sale of some sort. As I walked in the front door I was definitely impressed based on my expectation. Set down ordered my food, looked around the atmosphere was nice. The staff very friendly and helpful. I ordered a street burrito and I believe a California Burrito I could be wrong. Anyway the freshness of not only the meat but the vegetables the cilantro flavor explosions in your mouth. Oh my goodness!!! Great great food! Portions were nice the price wasn't too extreme, I'll definitely will be back. Trust this I definitely definitely most definitely will recommend!
We've been to Fiesta Cancun several times and every time is special. Last night our waiter was terrific, making a production out of the guacamole appetizer prepared at our table, making us incredibly comfortable, and being available whenever we needed something. The food was terrific and plentiful we took about half of the meal home with us. Love this place.
Great place for good food. Free chips and salsa. Everything taste so fresh. The produce the use is wonderful. They make awesome guacamole at your table if ordered off the menu. My 7 yr old daughter even loves everything there
We have been to this restaurant several times since it opened & the best Mexican food we have ever found in MN. Best margaritas too. Fernando has waited on us several times & he is 10 stars all the way. Gal KP always great too. Its a favorite stop when in Red Wing. Highly recommend.
The food tasted fresh, presented well, portions were huge, and the server was very friendly. The table side guacamole is a must try. Only negative, we were not asked for any drink refills. The best Mexican restaurant in the area!
I've eaten here several times. The food is always delicious. Servers are friendly. Take out is not recommended, they give much smaller portions. 2017 visit, going down hill my ever favorite meal was fajitas with a few slices of squash. The vegetarian enchiladas,,, fajitas! Lol no enchilada sauce. Disappointed yet another Mexican restaurant is failing in Red wing.
