Here I am a Summit ER in Elma with nothing but time and a pocket full of cash like $15, I NEVER carry cash, and I’m hungry. Imagine my luck in seeing vending machines!!! I put in a $5, select a snickers at $2.50 for a little one, it comes out. The machine doesn’t allow me to use the rest of my credit but provides change immediately in dimes. I put the dimes in to get another horribly overpriced candy bar, BUT IT DOES NOT ACCEPT DIMES. I would put in another $5 but I don’t want to be jingling around the ER as I’m only wearing spandex shorts because I didn’t plan my outfit before my husband got a debilitating migraine. Anyway, the gentlewoman I am, I gave my suffering husband a candy bar and I am hungry and annoyed, so I thought I’d write a review for you. Thanks for the useless dimes! Pay with singles if you can or suffer the fate of the jingling pockets.
There machines take your money then when you call they lie and say they are sending you a reimbursement that never comes!!!! Never again
Absolutely terrible service, I’ve been calling them for years to solve their equipment issue and they never called me back or sent in a technician to fix it and now it’s completely broken and useless. I have called them and left another voicemail message but this time with the owner. It should have never taken this long.
