I would like to buy here when I retire. Absolutely loved it. Lots of things to do if you choose to. Great location for shopping and dining.

You own your own land and home and the park fees are very small because of the volunteerism. The people are awesome and help one another. There are many park activities including  pool, pickleball courts, cards and games  and of course food get togethers. Fiesta Village is wonderful. Come and see. There are usually rentals available as well as homes for sale.

Best place to live or come to the entertainment!!  Been visiting this park since late 70s,  great people,  great events!!!

It was so great to be back and see all the friendly  folks. And the weather is great too. It does get pretty hot in the aft noon but the morning and evenings are so great.

The residents are super friendly! They take Pride in their community which is awesome!

Well I'm pretty partial to this RV park because I live here during the winters. Best park in the Rio Grande valley hands down. Prove me wrong!
