It a nice bank. People are usually respectful. Check and savings are very good. One bad experience. I was sitting out in front of the bank I close my eyes because it's not 9:00 when the bank opens. The lady that works inside the bank came out knocked on my window and asked me to move because she doesn't want me to sit there with my eye closed. So she preferred me to leave all together. I parked on the other side of the bank it's raining and I guess she wants me to get wet by the time it's 9:00 I'm going to go inside all drenched. I needed to do some thinking inside and this is the first time I've ever been disrespected. I'm just sitting here waiting for the bank to open and apparently that's a problem.
I was really excited about this bank and signing up. But after today I am already considering a change :. Walked in and there was one teller and one person in front of me. I had 20 minutes so no big deal. 20 minutes later I have not been seen and there is a line of 8 people. The manager keeps coming out to fix the tellers mistakes but then doesn’t help with the line? Then when I get to the front and say I needed a direct deposit slip the teller seems exasperated and I’m told “you should have seen him the banker” How am I suppose to just know that? now I’m running late, I have to wait for the banker, I’m not happy with this first experience at all. I put three stars because the first banker I dealt with was very nice. But if I were going after this experience alone it would be a star and a half star.
Best bank I have ever done business with. I love their cash advance . very low rate if I need it it there. Ccustomer service is always great. I have been with them for almost 10 years. Great bank
Within this last year this bank has gone to trash. Location is closed
11 am on a Saturday morning , there are only 2 employees working the whole bank. Just went in to add husband to account. How does a business not have the proper forms they need ready and available? Needless to say no one could help me. Very inconvenient and a waste of time.
I was very pleased with the service I received at the 5th 3rd Bank in Deltona Fl. A special shout out to the Financial Center manager II, Jessy Meppurathu who assisted me and encouraged my questions. The staff was friendly as well keep up the good work!! POST BY: ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!
Worst bank in the world. Rude, obnoxious people in charge. Filing a formal complaint and hiring an attorney to deal with their illegal hold for 10 days on a local check to pay contractors repairing my home from hurricane damage. They will obey the law when John Morgan gets through with them. Anybody else who has experienced their arrogant, criminal behavior feel free to join me in a class-action lawsuit.
Just got a call from my personal banker to wish me a happy birthday... how thoughtful! I've always had great experiences with this branch and their employees.
Very unprofessional staff.........they don't know how to wire money international. Tried to cash $200 check......the State Farm check..with 1800 on balance in the account.........they said "NO. Because , you are a new customer "!.........
This Fifth third branch is trash, since this new turnover of employees has arrived, real customer service dosen't exist here! Vanessa, Vanessa ETC..do better and learn real customer service from DONNA!
