I made my purchase from their website. Had to call about my purchase not being delivered. Even though their website sent me an order number no one knew where to even search their system for my order. Called a second time 5 days later because still no delivery. I was never given the Priority Mail tracking info and I was told I was rude for asking about tracking info. Just because you do not know how to use and access your own website is not my fault. The owner and employees of this store were extremely RUDE! I should have paid attention to the other 1 star review left by another customer. As a professional in the workplace I am shocked by the unprofessionalism of this store. Please be aware when ordering online that you will not be treated with courtesy.
Really unimpressed with the lack of customer service. We visited this quilt store for the first time while my mom who is an avid quilter/sewist was visiting from out of state— purposely making a trip to shop here. Despite us having picked up over 10 bolts of fabric and being in the store for over 15 minutes not a single one of the 3 employees working greeted us, said hello—nothing. I even stood at the counter for over 2 minutes with bolts in my arms while one employee meandered around tending to her daughter before going in the back room not acknowledging me whatsoever. We probably picked up over $500 worth of fabric and we left without purchasing a thing—due to the complete negligence and lack of acknowledgment from the staff. When this was brought to the attention to the male staff member behind the computer he simply replied “oh sorry” and pointed to the staff member who had previously ignored us. In the age of the internet you can buy any fabric online, we purposely shop locally to support mom and pop shops like these. This is exactly why mom and pop shops are closing— the only thing they have to offer is community and customer service and we got neither. We won’t be back.
Great fabric selection and a wonderful place to visit! They offer classes on top of offering advise when you need it for any of your projects. The staff is super friendly and always helpful!

This was a while back, but I went here hoping I could special order a replacement pedal for a very basic 20-year old sewing machine—without breaking the bank. Unfortunately, the company has been using a completely different type of pedal for some time, but the person helping me recalled someone bringing in an old machine for recycle/disposal? and, wouldn’t you know, it had the pedal I needed! They were so helpful and it definitely didn’t break the bank!
Customer service is lacking big time!! I purchased a quilt kit that was overpriced to begin with and when I got it home it didn’t include enough fabric to finish it. When I called the shop, she was rude , and had the attitude of oh well!!!

Back for my second visit and I love this shop. Super quirky with them selling furniture too. But, don't let that stop you from heading into the store. They have lots of fabric and tons of embroidery designs and patterns.
This is a go-to store for me when I am in search of fabric for a particular project. However, sometimes their customer service can be unhelpful. Unlike other reviewers, I don't think the service is particularly good or friendly. If you sign up for a course, find out what their refund policy is. Once an instructor rescheduled a class session for a course I had signed up and paid!, which I was then unable to attend. The store was unhelpful in getting me a partial refund.
