Fight Club is a complete workout center for men and women offering a variety of challenging and effective workouts for all fitness levels.
Group classes are 60 minutes in length and you can choose from any of the following:
Kettlebell: this is a total body workout! It includes over 20 compound movements incorporating multiple muscle groups with each exercise. This makes the workout a great cardio challenge and every exercise works your core!
Kickboxing: Kickboxing can increase stamina, flexibility, and strength! Kickboxing combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide an overall physical conditioning and toning workout.
Bootcamp Circuit Training: A combination of weight/resistance training and high-intensity cardiovascular exercises. This workout alternates between different muscle groups and allows only a short rest between intervals, keeping your heart rate up while you develop lean muscles.
Speedball: also known as medicine ball training is a great way to exercise any area of your body, whether upper, lower, or core. Medicine ball training is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and sizes. Advantages include improved range of motion, core strength, coordination, flexibility, joint integrity, and upper and lower body strength.
